  • You guys are trying to control us! No, we need money for wars!  Well, there's no reason for you to be killing our colonists!
  • The Quartering Act is a when colonists were forced to house British Soldiers. They had no consent in this they had to have these following items. They had to provide fuel, candles, and beer, they also to transport the Soldiers wherever they wanted to go.
  • The Boston Massacre was when a mob of colonists got together and all terrorized British Soldiers. It got so crazy to the point when the British Soldiers had to open fire and five total colonists died.
  • The Stamp Act was when Colonists were required to pay a tax on most printed materials. The British used the money during the French and Indian War. The Colonists got annoyed because their town didn't get any of the money it went all to the British.
  • The Boston Tea Party is a reference to what colonists did. There were two drunk colonists that dressed up as Native Americans and dumped about 92,000 pounds of the king's tea off of the boat. One of their main reasons was because they thought the British were trying to control them in a way.
  • The Proclamation of 1763 was after the Boston Tea party. This picture represents the Appalachian Mountains. These mountains were reserved for Native Americans only. This made it so the Colonists couldn't move westward like they hoped to.
  • The French and Indian war was when the French and English Soldiers fought over land. The English ended up winning. Afterwards, they had to protect the Colonies and the French men ended up in a dept., so they had to tax to the colonists.
