Storyboard Text

  • PART 1
  • Brutus
  • Caesar is not dangerous now, but will the crown change him? I must think of him as a serpent's egg, only dangerous when given the chance to hatch. I must kill him for the good of the people.
  • No, let us be sacrificers, but not butchers.
  • Mark Anthony should fall with Caesar
  • Cassius and other conspirators
  • Tomorrow morning we will fetch Caesar to assure his presence in the Capitol.
  • Gods, make me worthy of such a noble wife. Portia, return to bed, I will tell you everything later.
  • What's going on Brutus? Who were those people in our home? Tell me what has been on your mind, I deserve to know.
  • Portia
  • I've had terrible nightmares, you must stay home Caesar.
  • Calpurnia
  • I cannot do that, I am no coward. Even danger itself wouldn't dare look me in the eyes.
  • Caesar
  • Please Caesar, I saw blood spurting from your statue. I am not superstitious but I fear for your life.
  • Fine, I will have Anthony cover for me and to humour you, I'll stay home.
