Storyboard Text

  • The presidential election between Aaron Burr and Thomas Jefferson was tied with 73 electoral votes each. Now it was up to the House of Representatives to decide the winner.
  • No! We should vote for Jefferson. He believes in democracy, republicanism, and individual rights.
  • We should support Burr! He served in the  Continental War.
  • Okay! Okay! Silence. I dislike both the candidates but Burr, I dislike more meaning we should vote against him.
  • Though each representative had his own opinion, Alexander Hamilton had the ability to easily sway them to either side?
  • Yeah who would side with?
  • Wait! Who would Hamilton vote for?
  • The decision of the house has been decided. Or so everyone thought.
  • The decision is currently final.  Surprisingly Aaron Burr has won?!
  • Sir! Sir! Sorry to interrupt but Burr has been assassinated!
  • Nooooo
  • You don't have the strength to lead our nation! Bye, bye!
  • Mr. Burr is unable to lead our nation, so instead it will be Thomas Jefferson for our president.
  • Due to unfortunate circumstances, the presidential seat is changed.
