Today, we are discussing adaptation and biological adaptation
Here I have a quarter, it is used as a currency.
But now I am using it to choose between 2 things by flipping it in the air and seeing which side lands facing up
Biological adaptations are changes animal populations make to adapt to their environment
In this grassy field, the green snakes cannot be easily spotted by the birds above. But the brown snakes can easily be seen. The birds eat the brown snakes
Now the population of brown snakes has decreased, so now there are only green snakes, because none of the brown snakes lived to reproduce
