There is a big play that will be Auckland High School! These students have just received the cast list and not everyone is happy about the part they got.
Well done Ava!!
OMG! I got the main part!
Oh no! Stella looks really sad. She must have not gotten the part she wanted.
How come Ava got that part! And I only got the bus driver! Am I really this bad at acting? Should I even be doing this play?
OMG! I am soooo happy!
Stella leaves school and runs home. Stella's mum walks in and tells her what happens.
Oh Stella, I know how that can be very disappointing for you! But just because you didn't get the most amazing part doesn't mean that you aren't a good actress! And the bus driver is a great part! You get to dance, sing and act! Ava won't get to do that because her part doesn't dance. You should be proud of the part you got.
So you are saying I should just give it a go and have fun? That the part I got I deserved? Actually, now that I think of it like that I am excited! I am really excited for the play! I am going to go enjoy it!
Hey Stella! Are you ok? You didn't look like you were happy about what part you got?
Oh, well, I was sad about it. Thanks for asking. But I talked to my mum and she said to have fun and make the most of it! We are going to have so much fun! I am so excited!
