Andy is very depressed lately but is still trying togo on with life but he feels like he's carrying all this weight on his shoulders so its hard for him to go on like this. The psychologist thinks it would be best if he would contact Rob's parents for christmas so he wrote a letter. This is a internal conflict for Andy, this shows exactly how he is feeling and it impacts the story because this is how Andy feels internally.
