teenagers go out of town and dont know what to do during their downtime - end up finding a home base and sitting around on phone instead of immersing themselves in the city
However, with an Interactive Game that they can easily install on their phone, they can see a map of cool things to do geared toward teenagers around town
When you open the app, there would be a prompt asking the user what they wanted to do with different colors representing different activities. For example, pink = restaurants and yellow = shops. These places and events would be marketed at teeangers - fun, trendy, and cost efficient!
The app would feature geotracking. When you go to a colored starred location on a map, you would receive points. These points would allow you to win certain coupons and credits that are redeemable at other marked locations around the city! Thus, a game has been created. The more you immerse yourself in the city, the more points you earn!
For example, a teenager may visit a trendy candy shop in Chicago (i.e. Amy's Candy Bar). The app would be notified that they are at a marked place in the city, and give the user points. The user could then "purchase" a coupon with these points and use it at another marked place
Through the use of this app, teenagers are able to actually enjoy their experience and downtime in a big city. They are not only able to save money, but also enjoy their time, have fun, and see places they ACTUALLY want to see in a city.
