- Today is a hot day and here we have a pool of water.
- The water evaporates due to the molecules heating up and spreading out, causing a lighter substance.
- As the vapor rises, it forms into tiny water droplets and clusters together to form clouds.
- Now it is night time.
- During the night it becomes cooler at night causing the water molecules to come together...
- And because of the weight the gas has from the molecules coming together it transforms into some of itself into pure liquid and causes it to rain.
