Have you ever heard that winning is half the battle.I at was a damp soccer field and we had a soccer game.and the lesson I learned is that you win and you lose sometimes. I was only 7 years old and “my coach called me over Anthony¨ he said.
He showed The first thing I did when I got to the soccer field was touch the wet soggy muddy grass. My coach told us to come in a circle so he could tell us who was starting line ups He called some teammates up¨Karen, Alex, Luis, Andrew, Anthony¨ my coach said we started first 5
In my head i said yes. We started with ball and there the referee blew his whistle and we started off by just passing. Then our captain Alex went for a long sprint down the field he was so fast that the people on the bench only saw a blur then he took a shot and scored everybody on bench including the coach jump up and said goooooal. A few moments later my coach subbed me out.
I ran off of the field got a sip of water and the coach told me what to improve on when i'm playing. Then 2 minutes later the referee blew his whistle The and first half was over the score was 1 to 0 my team was winning .
After we started in the middle i passed it to alex, alex passed it back to luis he ran up the field took a shot and the goalie got the ball he kicked the ball other team got the captain ball and he ran towards the goal and scored i got really worried the score change to, 2 to 1. Then there was only 50 seconds left the parents contend down “50,49,48,47” they went on my captain Alex said “don't give up now”.
