Storyboard Text

  • Auditor
  • I wouldn't choose to become an auditor as my career because it is a job that doesn't allow interaction between people. It is a by the books kind of job that wouldn't keep me liking the job for too long.
  • Ugh so much work to do as an auditor.
  • I have to go through all these documents and make sure that they are up to date with the system and that they all follow the rules.
  • Entrepreneur
  • I would choose this career for my future because it has a good balance between individual work and interacting with others. The idea of owning my own business also intrigues me; being my own boss would allow me to be flexible schedule.
  • Thank you for meeting with me again. I do appreciate the help you've given me with becoming my co-owner for this business.
  • Not a problem, I hope this partnership will allow our company to become even more profitable.
  • Psychologist
  • I would choose this career for my future as it lets me help people. Being able to understand what someone is feeling through my own feelings sounds like a challenge which would keep me interested in the job.
  • Thank you for having me. I know we discussed an earlier appointment but I got busy, I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
  • Welcome Mr. Greyson, thank you for coming in today for our first session.
  • Not at all, everything is fine.
  • An auditor is suitable for me because of my logical/mathematical intelligence. The job entails critical thinking and following logical procedures given. The job is the go through many different aspects of companies and workers to make sure that everything is following the standard code that it should. It is a job that sits down at a desk for majority of the day.
  • Carpenter
  • Almost done here. Just need to put in this last nail.
  • An entrepreneur is suitable for me because of my intrapersonal intelligence. My intelligence allows me to go for what I want without questioning my capabilities. The job entails individual work with a large number of meetings to deal with different business matters.
  • Computer Scientist
  •  Since the data of the company is growing we will need a more efficient way of storing the data. If this system is running at this speed then if we were to get rid of 10 years and older data it should make it faster.
  • A psychologist is suitable for me because of my intrapersonal and logical/mathematical intelligence. Being able to understand myself allows to better understand that patients would be feeling. And following the procedures learned in school I would be able to help the patient with my logical side.
  • Conclusion
  • Wow you found out all that information just by finding you miltiple intelligences.
  • Wow, maybe I should find my intelligences.
  • A carpenter is suitable for me because it includes fully hands on work and following a blueprint which correlates to bodily/kinesthetic and logical intelligence. The job encompasses construction work; building things from given instructions.
  • I wouldn't choose to become a carpenter because it entails to much construction work which I don't like. I would prefer to be the one who creates the blueprints for the carpenters to work off of.
  • A computer scientist is suitable for me because of my logical/mathematical intelligence. Being able to use mathematical and scientific procedures to solve and analyze technical problems is what the job mostly entails. It is a challenging job that would need me to keep focused on every little detailed shown, from wiring to the overall unit.
  • I would become a computer scientist because it is a very challenging job. It let's me have a job that moves with the time of technology, but also with the business industry. The amount of work would allow me to put my logical/mathematical intelligence to use.
  • From researching my intelligences I found that I am capable of being many different things in the future. I have found many different careers that I'm interested such as entrepreneurship and becoming a financial analyst. Altogether helping me realize my strengths and learn more about myself.
  • Yeah I know right! A simple 65 question quiz gave me access to find my intelligences and future careers that I'm suitable for. I now know that I will mostly likely go for the technology or business industry as it focuses on my main intelligence (logical/mathematical) instead of my other two (intrapersonal/bodily).
