  • First Amendment
  • I am a news editor that works here, and I have the right to have a newspaper editorial that critiques the government and its errors.
  • Second Amendment
  • I like to keep weapons, such as pistols and other guns, in my house in case of a life threatening situation. 
  • Third Amendment
  • You soldiers are not allowed in my home because you do not have permission from me or the law. You can't stay here at all, please leave!
  • Congress can’t make laws that get rid of freedom of speech, press, assembly, and the right to petition the government.
  • Fourth Amendment
  • You, officer, are not stepping foot into my house without a warrant! Good day to you sir.
  • States can have militias and people can own guns.
  • Fifth Amendment
  • Ha, the prosecutor should have known about double jeopardy!  They couldn't put me on trial twice for the same reason.  He even tried to make me testify against myself, which is so unlawful.
  • Soldiers can’t occupy private homes without permission of the owner or the law, in times of peace or war.
  • Sixth Amendment
  • At least I have a good lawyer, a fair judge, and a well-balanced jury.
  • The government cannot take or search (from) people unless they have a warrant.
  • Madam, please move, I need to search your house and take a few things within it. Don't worry, I am a town sheriff. 
  • One can’t be tried for the same crime twice and can’t be forced to testify against themselves.
  • Everyone is obligated to a fair trial with a jury of your peers, evidence to prove their argument, and an attorney.
