Storyboard Text

  • This is our territory, we own it, our culture is here!
  • No, this is our land, it's our people's land! WE DECLARE WAR!
  • Everyone should have pride in our religion! We are correct, no other religion shall be accepted!
  • Bye Everyone! We'll just stay here and not advance as a society whatsoever!
  • A conflict of interest may rise in terms of territory because of the strong sense of superiority in your culture- which may lead to the separation of the peopl (territory)
  • Accept my ideas and beliefs or we're gonna have some problems!
  • If a religion becomes to powerful and dominate (not any religion in specific or referring to the one in the scene), that religion may start to dominate the region because of their pride in it, which may lead to no religious tolerance available for example, weren't necessarily not tolerant of religion, but the difference in beliefs of the two made them split (religion)
  • If a group of people become extreme nationalists, they will want to isolate from each others and by doing so, advancements in fields such as technology and trade will not occur. (culture)
  • Forced assimilation may lead to ideas being forced onto people which they may not agree with. This causes conflict between cultures and peace is lost between them. (culture)
  • Ethnic Cleansing is caused by a group who murders people of an unwanted cultural or ethnic group. This is derived from nationalism because if someone feels too much pride in their own culture or dislikes the thought of another cultural group being present, they may take extreme measures. The Nazis for example, were extremists who killed of millions of Jews in order to show superiority (NOT depicted in the picture)
