  • NO! I cant let the Goverment be completely controlled by the Democatic-Republicans! My only Option is the Judical Branch
  • Jolly! I am now The President!
  • John Adams does not want to have a government completely controlled by Democratic-Republicans, so he assigns new judges to the judicial branch that are federalist, and since they serve life terms, they cannot be taken out of office, so they will mostly have a federalist part of the branch.
  • OK...
  • I need you to deliver these letters! It needs to be done as quick as possible!
  • Madison has decided that he does not want to deliver all of the letters, so some do not get delivered, such as the one that should have been sent to Marbury.
  • This is Outrageous!!!
  • Why Do i need to deliver all of these letters? I'm not going to do it.
  • Dear Judge, James Madison not only broke a law, he also did not deliver me a letter, therefore not preforming his duties.
