In this picture it shows that in this forest, there is a population of 7 grizzly bears in the area of the forest.
The brown bear adapted to the environment because it blended in with the dirt, and lived. But the tan coloured one died because he was spotted easily by preadators.
The polar bear on the left was very small and had small claws, which meant that he couldnt attack if some animal was trying to take his food or harm him. The big polar bear could defend himself which meant he lived.
The seal (prey) has spotted the tan coloured bear (predator) and can now escape. the bear will now die of starv ation before he has any offspring because of the colour of his fur.
These bears are all the same except for the size and the colour which makes them the same species.
