sigh, fine I'll explain it to you. nutrients do pretty much everything in your body, for regulating heartbeat to rebuilding cells
there are 6 main nutrients, carbs that give you energy, fat helps with many of the bodies functions, protein helps build and repair cells, water keeps everything running, and vitamins and minerals have many different jobs.
so I can just eat a bunch of those and be healthy?
well, in theory, yes but eating way too much of certain nutrients can harm you instead of help. so just eat a normal amount and you should be fine.
