Storyboard Text

  • Hello, I am William Shakespeare and I am going to tell you some reasons why I contributed to the Renaissance!
  • The first reason I contributed to the Renaissance is that I was an English poet and playwright; and I left an mark on the English language. I equalized the English language and expanding its vocabulary, deepening the humanity of the characters in my plays through emotional complexity and using elaborate references to Greek and Roman mythology in my writing.
  • Lastly, some of my works included Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet, Macbeth, The Merchant of Venice, etc. I also, strongly influenced modern movie making!
