Once again Siddharta left his palace to go on a walk. While on this walk he met a monk that told him he must live a life of poverty if he wishes to attain enlightenment. So feeling as this was the only option he did.

So Siddharta left his family and riches behind to attain enlightenment. On his journey, he met with different teaches that would teach him the arts of mediation. Within Due time he was able to master the arts of meditation. One day he decided to meditate until he finds true nature and could benefit all beings. He spent six nights like this and he reached enlightenment on the full moon morning of May, a week before he turned thirty-five.
