  • This document was written by Middle Age Nobles. They wrote it in 1215 for the purpose of limiting the power of the King and for the protection of certain rights. They were trying to make a fair system of governing.
  • This document was written by the English Parliament. They wrote it in 1689 for the purpose of extending the Parliament's rights and the people's while further limiting the King's. They were trying to change British living for the better.
  • This document was written by Cato the Elder and Cato the Younger. They wrote it in the 1720's for the purpose of arguing against the King of England and the colonist's lack of rights. They were trying to raise voice to ideas plaguing the area.
