Lara then remembered all the cons of the situation.
Lara starts to get a flashback about Fox telling her to take the vodka. She is starting to experience direct pressure. This is when you are required to make a decision one way or another because someone has approached you to make a choice.
Lara is also being peer pressured because she is being influenced by members of her peer group. Lara is not noticing this but she needs to consider all of the options to make the right choice.
I will not take the vodka because I want to stay with my friends and I am underage so I don't want to get caught by the police.
Lara has thought about some of the strategies she could use so she can't drink the vodka. She could go up to Fox and say "No" and using statements such as " I'd like to stay with my friends", "I prefer not to drink" or "I feel like underage drinking is not a good choice.
Lara is back with her friends and is super glad she didn't take the vodka. She has made the right choice and will now avoid getting caught by the police for underage drinking.
Lara says to Fox in a very confident voice that she doesn't want to take the vodka.
