  • This is a glacier. A glacier is a big mass of ice that formed on land and moves slowly across the Earth's surface.
  • Surface Waves are the cause the particles in the ground to move in a rolling motion up and down
  • A Landslide is a fast downhill movement of loose rocks, soil, and big rocks. Rockfall and mudslides are examples of landslides.
  • What's an Epicenter?
  • Good question! A epicenter is the location on earth that is right above earthquake's focus.
  • Fault- it's a break in earth's lithosphere where one block moves towards, away, or past another block There are three types of fault are strike slip, normal, and reverse .
  • Did you catch the last thing the teacher said?
  • I sure did! Till is a mix of different types of sediment that was deposited by a glacier
