Two teenagers, both black are going to go to a nice store and end up getting followed by a white employee because she thinks that they are going to steal something. She is being prejudice towards their race assuming just because they are black that they will steal. So the two girls solve the conflict by being assertive, respectful, not being silent about it and by not just wishing the problem away. They were brave and talked to her about it and the conflict was resolved.
