  • Gatsby reaching toward Greenlight.
  • Myrtle gets hit!
  • Daisy! Daisy! Daisy! I'll say it whenever I want to! Daisy! Dai –– 
  • Daisy and Gatsby reunited.
  • Its been 5 year.
  • " He stretched out his arms toward the dark water in a curious way, and, far as I was from him, i could have sworn he was trembling. Involuntarily I glanced seaward- and distinguished nothing except a single green light, minute and far away that might have been the end of a dock." Gatsby reaches out to the green light because he is wanting to grasp the unattainable dream of getting daisy back. 
  • Gatsby invites the Buchanans, Nick, and Jordan to a party.
  • "Daisy! Daisy! Daisy!" shouted Mrs. Wilson. "I'll say it whenever I want to! Daisy Dai --" Myrtle starts yelling Daisy' s name, and Tom gets annoyed and slaps her and breaks her nose. He gets mad because he does not want to be reminded of what he is doing to Daisy because he still love Daisy.
  • Myrtle's unfortunate death 
  • “We haven’t met for many years,” said Daisy, her voice as matter-of-fact as it couldever be.“Five years next November.”Gatsby tell Jordan to tell Nick to invite Daisy for lunch at his house so Gatsby could see her with out being caught with Tom. It is their first time seeing each other after 5 years.
  • Death of Gatsby and Geroge. 
  • "Tom was evidently perturbed at Daisy’s running around alone, for on the following Saturday night he came with her to Gatsby’s party." Gatsby invited Daisy, Tom, Jordan, nick to one of his crazy parties. 
  • "Did you see the trouble on road" Gatsby asked. On the back from New York Daisy and Gatsby drove back in his car. Although daisy drove back  and she was stressed in the head and was not paying attention  Myrtle thought that the yellow car was Tom and ran in the middle of the road and died instantly.
  • "There was a faint, barely perceptible movement of the water as the fresh flow from one end urged its way toward the drain at the other with little ripples that were hardly the shadows of waves, the laden mattress moved irregularly down the pool." Tom told Geroge that Gatsby is responsible for the death of Myrtle. He also gets in his head that Gatsby is the one Mrytle was cheating on with.
