Whew! That was Hard.
Noooo, My babies!
Rhea, a priestess who wasn't allowed to have any children, had twins. She named them Romulus and Remus.
Please come with me children.
As a punishment to Rhea, the king Amulius ordered the twins to be left in a river to die.
Now you have paid!
The twins, surviving, washed up on the bank of the river. They then met a wolf.
This is my city! I name it Rome!
The wolf Lupa took care of Romulus and Remus until they were small children. They were found by a shephard who raised them as his own.
When they found out about Amulius, the twins, now adults went to kill him.
Later in life, while founding a new city, Romulus and Remus got into a fight over the city's name. Romulus killed Remus and named the city Rome, after himself.
