  • The story took place at the castle were King Midas and Silenus Satyr was introduced on the Land of Lydia. 
  • Climax
  • King Maidas found Silenus the satyr in his garden, he claimed he would tell the god Dionysus. But instead Silenus entertained Maidas and he kept him. 
  • Falling Action
  • Due to King Maidus taking care of Silenus so well, Dionysus grants him a wish.  He decides to have the golden touch. In which everything he touches turns to gold. 
  • Resolution
  • He tested it with the roses in the garden. After that, he felt hungry and when he tried to eta everything turned to gold. Next, his daughter came up and gave him a hug. She turned to gold!
  • King Midas looked high and low for Dionysus for himself to undo his wish. He found Dionysus asked. They way for King Midas to undo his wish he would have to go to the river Pactolus and swim in the water.  It should restore everything. 
  • King Midas came to River Pactolus, he got in the water. He went back home and everything was back to normal. King Midas learned an important lesson that day.
