Storyboard Text

  • During the Solar eclipse, the Sun, Moon and Earth are all on the same line. The Sun will cast a shadow on the Moon and the shadow reaches the Earth. Creating a solar eclipse.
  • The Lunar eclipse happens when the Moon is behind the Earth and it is the Earth's turn to cast a shadow on the moon. This means that a Lunar eclipse will only happen when there is a full moon.
  • Fun Fact, if you are in the Umbra during a Lunar eclipse, you could be able to see a red moon.
  • Now you know all about the Solar and Lunar eclipses.
  • So, what do you say kid.
  • I already know all that. My Science teacher Mrs. Peter already told me all that. I was being sarcastic at the beginning!!!
