  • ???
  • Nate Brodie is trying to be the best QB he can, he has many troubles with his family and his best friend. His family are losing there jobs. His best friend is losing her vision. He has much pressure on him, will he be the best he can be? Or will he crack under pressure?
  • Climax
  • When Nate reaches Sports Stuff, where he is going to get his football, his best friend, Abby McCall, sees a flyer that states that anybody who makes a purchase of more than $500, than they can enter a raffle. This raffle decides who will have the chance to make a throw from 30 yards away into a hole to win 1 million dollars. Abby immediately signs up Nate, since the signed ball costs $500.
  • Falling Action
  • Nate has a couple of conflicts time to time. But, the one that is the overall conflict is the person against person. Nate has always been fighting himself and never being true to himself. He always thinks of others before himself. He beats himself up because of Abby going blind when he shouldn't, it wasn't his fault.
  • Resolution
  • It is finally Thanksgiving for Nate, he is very anxious because of the throw he was about to make. It finally reaches halftime, and Nate steps onto the field. He is even able to warm up with Tom Brady before he makes his throw. When he is done warming up, Nate steps 30 yards away from the hole. This is what he has been waiting for for a while, and now it is here. He steps and throws it up . The ball fell down and cleanly swept through the hole. He had won a million dollars
  • Nate ends up making up his mind of what he wants to do with his money. He saw that there was a doctor that was able to do surgery to the eye, making someone that is blind or growing blind be able to see again. Although it was very expensive, Nate had a million dollars to spend, so he decided to spend a good amount of it on his best friend, Abby. Also, his golden arm is finally golden again, and Nate can do what he loves again as playing as a quarterback.
  • With everything seemingly back to normal, Abby can do what she loves, which is drawing. When she was growing blind, she wasn't able to draw, just as anybody wouldn't be able to. Nate can go back to what he loves as being a quarterback. Nate's parents can finally work at healthy hours and not stress about money for the family, and Nate's dad can get a new job, as he hated his old job and eventually got laid off from it. Everybody is happy, which makes a great closing for a great story.
