This is a skeleton. Every grown body has 206 bones. When babies are born they are basically just cartilage. Every body has ribs, patellas, so on..
Your bones help you walk and stay upright. Without them you would just be a blob of human.
You can care for your bones by sleeping the recommended hours for you age, eating healthy, exercising and having a good amount of calcium. You can find that in milk!
Problems you can have are broken bones, sprains, scoliosis, osteoperosis, osteomyelitis, arthritis, bunion, bursitis and bone cancer.
