Once upon a time, famous painter Bob Ross sat in his studio office overcome with boredom. "Ah, I'll paint," he thought, so just that he decided to do.
"Monica, Monica!" Bob called out. His devoted secretary, Monica, met him at the elevator so they could head up to his studio and brainstorm ideas for his newest painting project.
Monica and Bob decided that Bob's newest painting would be a landscape containing his famous "happy little trees." Monica retrieves some of Bob's paints so he can begin his new project.
Bob is well at work on his happy little trees when Monica returns to the studio to check on the painting's progress.
Due to her overexcitement towards Bob's painting, Monica accidentally knocked over the easel. Bob quickly became enraged at Monica's careless mistake.
Instead of becoming more angered and making a rash decision to fire Monica, Bob decided to forgive her and allowed her to help him clean up and fix the mess she made. He realized that he can simply restart his painting and keep peace as well.
