The Carbon Cycle

Photosynthesis- taking carbon and producing glucose
Food Chain- the glucose produced from plants give energy to the organisms throughout the food chain.
Food Chain- the glucose produced from the plants provides energy for the other animals throughout the food chain.
Respiration- organisms exchange carbon throughout the air.
Decomposition- the decomposers use the carbon from the bodies of dead organisms for energy.
Combustion- the process of burning the carbon dioxide in a substance which then releases the gas called carbon dioxide.
