Ahhhhh its me time!
It is about putting first things first. I would say I am a procrastinator because I wait last minute to do work. This leaves me stress. I am going to start doing my work then I'll have time to relax and have fun.
I did my homework now I have time to relax!
When when is the mindset saying I can win, so can you pick. I am the lose-win person because I think it's just easier to agree with someone then to fight. This sometimes makes me upset. Being the win-win person is ideal because they believe everyone is equal and everyone can win.
Here you can play with the ball too.
This habit is about caring for your body. I have been meditating almost every night before I go to bed and it feeds the soul. I also have been drawing a lot which is good for sharpening your mind.
