  • I have been elected by the empire to take power! I will be a great military leader!

  • Our next location is Austria and then England. Be ready. 
  • The French won the majority of their battles with Napoleon as their leader. 
  • Loss
  • I SURRENDER!!! I have lost too many men in this battle. 
  • A plebiscite is a vote by people of an entire country or district to decide on some issue. 
  • Legislation
  • There will be a new set of expectations. It will be the Napoleonic Code. 
  • Napoleon commanded his army to go into combat with many countries that have a small possibility of being a threat. 
  • Legacy
  • Napoleon's biggest loss was the Battle of Trafalgar against England. This battle took place because of the laws with trading. There was a loss of power and trust in Napoleon after this battle.  
  • HAHA! victory is ours!
  • The Napoleonic code had reforms within government and education. Napoleon put the national government in control. Education was now available to more people in the middle class.

  • He made the code of laws, won many battles, was the head of the republican government in France, was emperor, and he laid the foundation of modern education in France. 
  • Napoleon went down in history as a very highly ranked military leader that changed the laws and the military expectations for everyone.
