Storyboard Text

  • "Let me in, let me in! I am cold, and I'm so wet!"
  • I do not allow strangers in my house!
  • Where could he be?
  • Man, that kid really needed my help, maybe I shouldn't have been so harsh.
  • I need to go find him!
  • Please forgive me for being so rude, you are welcome into my home!
  • Cupid approaches the Old Poet's door while it's pouring rain. He begs to be let in. The Old Poet becomes angry and annoyed, he says no.
  • Why didn't you let me in?
  • It's a long story, I'll tell you at the house.
  • The Old Poet starts to regret his choice to send Cupid on his way. He starts to worry, and chooses to go look for the boy.
  • In the past, I opened the door, and an intruder busted his way in.
  • I'm sorry, I was so inconsiderate.
  • He threatened to kill me and took all my belongings!
  • I forgive you, do you want to see my bow?
  • The Old Poet walks into the nearby woods and starts looking for Cupid. He then finds the scared boy and invites him into his home.
  • Your bow is quite spoiled.
  • You can see now, that my bow is not spoiled.
  • The Old Poet and Cupid walk back to the Old Poet's house.
  • Once the two get back to the house, the Old Poet gives Cupid food and begins to explain his past experience.
  • Cupid shows The Old Poet his bow. Once the bow was dry from the rain, Cupid shoots the Poet in the heart to show him it wasn't spoiled. Cupid then laughed and ran away.
