Hi! Welcome to my Self-Directed Learning Artifact!
For my artifact, I'm focusing on exercising. Every two weeks, I will be tested on multiple aspects. Being a kinesthetic learner, this fits well.
For forethought, I will create a calendar to plan what I'm doing every day, including some break days. To make this plan, I will think about my goal for every test, and how I'll build up to it.
For performance, I will check my calendar every day to self-monitor. I will take walking breaks between the different aspects of each workout. I will try to focus on the aspects that I specifically want to improve at.
For reflection, I will reflect on why my scores increased/decreased after every retest. I will also check if I stuck to the plan I made.
