Specific and Measurable
When you are creating your SMART goal you should fous on if it's specific and measurable. Your goal has to be specific so it is clear and easy to understand. The goal should also be measurable by putting a numerical value on it so you are able to track your progress.
Acheivable, Relevant and Time-bound
When it comes to achieving your goal, you have to aim for a number that you can realistically achieve. The numerical value should be high enough to motivate you, but not so high where you get upset. Your goals should be relevant and important to you at the moment. When you create your SMART goal you have to make sure you have a deadline for when you acheive that goal.
