Mechanical to Electrical To Radiant Turn on light to get ready
Mechanical to Chemical Eating breakfast
The electrical energy in the clock powers the clock so that it shows the time and can activate the alarm when its ready. When i get up the sound from the alarm (sound energy) wakes me. I get out of bed (mechanical energy) and turn it off.
Chemical to Mechanical Walk to bus stop.
I get out of bed (mechanical) and i flip the switch (electrical) and the light turns on (radient energy).
Chemical to Mechanical Doing classwork at school
Once I am done getting ready I head to the kitchen. For breakfast I usually eat cereal. I pour the cereal into the bowl (mechanical energy). once I add the milk I eat it (mechanical energy). When it digests it transforms into chemical energy.
Mechanical to Thermal Get Home and Sleep
The chemical energy from the food I ate, helps give me energy to walk to the bus stop. About 3 blocks away.
Once I get off the bus, I go to class. I use the chemical energy from breakfast to work and focus (mechanical energy).
I get home, eat and do my homework, I go to bed (mechanical energy). While I sleep I produce thermal energy.
