All states share equal representation in Congress and is supported by smaller states. Only a one house legislature with judicial branch chosen by executive branch.

Represents in congress merely based upon population and is supported by larger states. Also, it is a two-house legislature with the judicial branch chosen by the legislature. In addition, the population is a basis for house representation.
The great compromise consists of agreements to a two-house legislature, equal representation in the upper house of congress. Also, representation in the lower house of congress has to be proportional to the population.
For every 5 slaves, it would only count as 3 people in the population for taxation and representation purposes.
