  • DON'TDon't use a font that is not legible. You should also keep the text color of your email black.

  • DOBefore you send an email, you should always proofread your message for spelling errors.
  • I don't get this slang!
  • DON'TDon't send an email if it has spelling errors. Take the time to go your message. I will prevent confusion in the future.
  • DOKeep your message clean. Use appropriate language. If you wouldn't want you grandma hearing you say it, then don't say it.
  • DON'TSlang words can be hard to understand for someone who doesn't hear them often. Don't use them.
