Burning fossil fuels/Using fossil fuels for transportation increases the amount of pollutant in the Earth. The increase in pollutants can cause chemical interactions and dangerous weather conditons.
When these chemicals combine it forms what is called acid rain or acid precipitation.
Acid rain is acidic rain fall, normally falls between 4.2 and 4.4 on the pH scale, which can cause environmental harm.
Acid rain can affect environmental conditions rapidly and animals are not able to adjust so they die.
Death for animals
Deteriorates buildings overtime
Contaminates water which kills aquatic animals and anyone who drinks it
