Asked the customer service manager (husssaini) about the problem occured.
Hussaini stated there were complaints which are related to the price tag shown is not same when customer scanned for paying.
Hussaini also said because of that problem,most of customers not choose our supermarket for shopping anymore.
After that,computer system assistant (Farahah)told everyone that her department had a problem with the system.So,she said because of that problem,when they wanted to change the price of some items,the system cannot trace the item and the price will not change
That caused the problem when customer paying when but thereceipt was printed out was not the same with the price tag shown.
