Here there is water vapor in the clouds getting ready to rain down. Currently, the gravity pulls precipitation down as rain onto a stream. I'm also switching from a gas to liquid.
Now that we are downhill flow we need to get to the lakes and streams. While getting to the lake we entered the groundwater. I experienced no change as it started as a liquid and ended as one.
After entering the lake we experience evaporation. Energy from the sun causes water on the surface to evaporate into water vapor and go up into the clouds. We are also going from a liquid to a gas,.
We are transpiration. Transpiration is the process by which plants lose water. The water they lose also gets sent up to the clouds as water vapor just like the water from the lakes. Transpiration is experiencing a change from a liquid to a gas.
This is crystallization. Crystallization is the formation of a highly ordered solid structure from liquid losing energy and freezing. We are experiencing a liquid to a solid here.
This is now where the water cycle continues. I just wanted to say that the sun and gravity is what drives this water cycle. The gravity pulls precipatation down onto streams. The Sun drives the water cycle by all of its energy. Hope you enjoyed my project!
