  • George Washington sends out his troops to Ohio Valley to try and get Northwest territory.
  • Wayne leads troops to fight Native Americans  
  • Washington's troops lose to Native Americans that teamed with British. They then go out again and lose.
  • Americans are happy they won the battle  
  • The Native Americans expect British' help so they gather at Fort Miami. The British decide they don't want to fight with the Americans so they don't help the Native Americans.
  • Signing the Treaty of Greenville
  • Anthony Wayne leads his troops to fight the 2,000 Native Americans. They win because they didn't have proper guns, British didn't help them.
  • The Americans beat the Native Americans, they got the Northwest territory they wanted to grow the nation.
  • Since the Americans won, around 12 Native American tribes the treaty of Greenville, they agreed to surrender, cede, most of present-day Ohio and Indiana to our U.S  government.
