A surprised and shocked servant reports the sighting of a man flying in the air over the Great Wall Of China.
"I saw him in the air, a man flying with wings. I heard a voice call out of the sky, and when I looked up, there he was, a dragon in the heavens with a man in its mouth, a dragon of paper and bamboo, coloured like the sun and grass."
The emperor, hesitant to believe his servant, follows him out to the Great Wall- and indeed, there is a flying man. The emperor told the man to come down.
The emperor called the executioner to execute the flying man, purely out of fear that his enemies would discover this, or the jealousy that had come upon him. He dreams of an utopia where everything is wonderful.
