  • The Bergerons Son had been taken away, and they haven't even noticed.

  • George, watching the television is interrupted by a newscast informing him that his son had escaped prison.
  • Resolution
  • Harrison, suddenly burst onto the stage. Removing the shackles of a ballerina, and dancing with her.
  • Just then, the Handicapper General shot both of them, and they were dead before they hit the ground.
  • "Why are you crying?" George asked. "Something real sad on TV." Hazel responded. And just like that, all memory of the events that just happened were gone. - An effective ending to the story, it leaves us pushed back because there is no happy ending.
