  • these concerns are very grave and should not be taken for grated don't think just because you are so young that you cannot get sick 
  • Health concerns for adults around the age of twenty  are getting diseases like Type 1 diabetes, Lupus, Graves disease of the Thyroid and many others like Psoriasis and ect.
  • At such a young age you would think that there isn't really that much to do as far as your health as a young adult but you should get regular check ups and just your basic doctors exams and ect
  • Ages 29
  • some things that you can do to live a healthier lifestyle as a thirty year old would be getting checked for cancer and having pelvic exams, prostate exams and ect 
  • Some health concern people in their 30's might come down with is blood pressure problems, Cholesterol problems and also STD.
  • I think that people around this age should take the diseases that are around there age group more serious espicially when it comes to STD's
  • Ages 39
  • Because you are at the age where your bones and muscles start getting weak you start needing more vitamins, losing calcium you should take anything that has to deal with your body serious 
  • some things that you deffiently take in consideration as a 40 year old is just having frequent chrck ups  and regularly visiting your doctor 
  • In your 40s you are at the age were you can come down with some really bad back pain and arthritis also a lot of stress and you are at a greater risk for heart attack or stroke
