Making sure that children have a safe childhood is a must have. If the kid is 14 years or older they should have the choice of whether they wanna stay in their family or if they wanna be put into a foster home.

I can understand why some people could disagree with my stance. But this seems like a good idea to me letting the kid decide whether or not they want to stay in the family or if they want to go to a foster home.

The parents will have to through a parenting class and won't be able to see the kid because of restraining order.
