A long time ago, in Greece, there was a god called Zeus. He was the god of rain and thunder. The 25 of April, of 700 B.C. he was born, his family and he lived in the clouds of the sky.
Is this my fault?
Since that day the world experienced rain and thunder. When he is sad, there is rain. When he is angry there is thunder. In Greece, they didn’t like the rain, because there were a lot of floodings. So they had to keep Zeus happy.
This is serious, This is my fault and I have to do something about it. I have to make a promise to my mom, I will not cry or get mad anymore.
In the 13 of October, of 715 his mother died, but she wasn’t the only one that died, a lot of people in Greece died too because of the floodings. But before his mother died she told him this “look down”. At first, he didn’t know what it meant.
I'm so happy that you are happy.
Thank you, god, for this sunny day.
I love when it doesn't rain.
But after days and days of thinking, he looked down and he only saw water, he couldn’t see anything else, the only thing he could see was a building, he couldn’t see the floor. He didn’t know why there was so much water.
So he tried to cry, and stop and he saw that it was his fault, he made a promise to his mom, the promise was that he will not cry or get angry anymore.
After 15 years of not crying he looked down and saw happy people. And that made him very happy, since that day he didn’t cry or got angry again.
