  • April 9, 1865: Robert E.Lee and General Grant shake hands as the confederate army surrenders.
  • Thank you. I will try my best to become a better citizen.
  • Send your men home Lee. Live life in peace with the North.
  • April 10, 1865: Abraham LIncoln gives a short speech to the people.
  • “I see that you have a band of music with you…. I have always thought ‘Dixie’ one of the best tunes I have ever heard. Our adversaries… attempted to appropriate it, but I insisted yesterday we fairly captured it…. I now request the band to favor me with its performance.”
  • April 11, 1865: John Wilkes Booth threatens Lincoln.
  • Last speech he will ever give!
  • Reconstruct South!!
  • April 13, 1865: Booth's sadness has turned into hatred, as the rest of the community celebrates the official ending of the war.
  • I hate Abraham Lincoln and the North!
  • April 14: John Wilkes Booth has officially shot Lincoln in the back of his head with a gun!
  • AHHHHHHHHHH!
  • This is revenge from the South!!
  • April 14, part 2: Booth escapes and goes into Maryland after convincing soldiers that he needs to go home. 
  • Closes at 9:00! No entry!
  • Fine!
  • Maryland. I will go straight there with the moon light to guide me.
