  • Maple Street used to be a traditional American neighborhood with kids playing in the street and people talking to each other until something flew through the sky and started a panic.
  • Climax
  • After the strange object flew though the sky everything electric stopped working, including battery powered things and cars.
  • Falling Action
  • After all the power fell the neighbors started to blame each other on who did it and why it happened and what flew across the sky and if it had to do with the power falling. During this a kid named Tommy steps in and tells everyone that the thing that flew across the sky was aliens.
  • Resolution
  • At that Steve, who also lives in the neighborhood, starts to blame Goodman for the power falling because his car started. Then everyone starts to blame Goodman for it and then Goodman turns the tables and starts to blame everyone to be crazy and sick people. That causes more confusion and panic.
  •  During their arguing, someone sees a figure walking up and neighborhood and all the people start to have a mental break down. Charlie, another neighbor, runs to get a shotgun and shoots it. After he shot and killed the figure he realizes that it was Peter, who earlier went to the next neighborhood to see if they didn't have power too. The people of Maple Street them realize that they all were going crazing for just losing power. 
  • The scene cuts to two silhouettes talking to each other. They were talking about how if you just turn off the power for a few hours the people start to panic and start to blame things for why its happening. Then you realize that they are aliens who turned off the power to make the people destroy themselves to they can take over.
