Newton's first law: Things that rest stay in rest, things in motion stay in motion and has to be acted on by an outside force
For example this wheel chair I'm sitting on wont move unless somebody moves it.
To hit a tennis ball I would have to use Force, The harder I hit the ball, the more force I use, The father the ball goes.
Newton's second Law: To move a mass you need a force. Force=Mass*acceleration
When I jump My legs apply force to the ground, and the ground applies and equal and opposite reaction force that propels me into the air.
Newton's 3rd Law: For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction
