Storyboard Description

This political cartoon depicts the Kansas Nebraska Act in which Southern States ( men in red and blue) threaten to leave the Union. After that the Union comes up with the Kansas Nebraska act where people could chose whether they wanted slavery there or not. The effect it had was that it delayed the Southern states recession from the Union. My views are explained by the Unions (man in yellow) effort to get the south back shows how they really cared about the south. My belief is that the union knew some conflict would happen if the south left the Union. That conflict led to another and another and eventually evolved into the Civil War.
